Huawei Matepad SE 11 Return Rejected Despite Device Issues

On October 2, 2025, I purchased a Huawei Matepad SE 11 4-128GB LTE tablet from the Trendyol store (Order No: 10559643470). After receiving the product, I logged in and set up my account, but noticed that basic apps like YouTube.com weren't working. I immediately deleted my account and returned the product, the box, and all accessories, including the gifts. Despite contacting the Trendyol assistant numerous times during the return process, I was not given any clear information about the process. I was simply told, "The seller has requested a review, and it could take 24 days." I was kept waiting for 24 days, and on October 30, 2025, I received a phone call without any further explanation, stating, "Your return has not been approved, the product is being sent back to you." The reason my return was rejected was that the technical service report was free of problems. However, this report was not sent to me, and when I requested it be sent via email, I received the response, "We cannot send it." I couldn't test the product's basic functions without opening it; being denied a return simply because the box was opened only compounds my distress. The product I paid ₺9,299 for doesn't work as promised, and I feel completely unprotected as a customer. I demand a refund. I also request the technical service report so I can pursue my legal rights if necessary. I expect my grievance to be resolved and the process to be conducted transparently.
