Travel Town Says I Already Claimed Rewards I Never Received

I have been playing Travel Town on my Android phone for a long time. The game provides new rewards every day, but whenever I click on these rewards, I get a message saying, “You already claimed the gift from this link.” However, I have never received these rewards, and the game does not give them to me.

I have experienced the same issue occasionally since I started playing the game, but especially over the past week, I have been getting this message for at least seven or eight rewards every day and cannot claim any of them. The rewards provided through links on Facebook and Instagram, as well as in-game rewards and Travel Town card rewards, are all failing to be credited to my account.

I tried to contact support through the “Contact Us” section in the game, but I am now encountering an error saying that the website is unavailable, so I cannot reach the support team. For this reason, I request that all rewards provided through both in-game and social media links be properly credited to my account and that this issue be permanently fixed.
