Traveltown Game Bug Deleted My Energy, Diamonds, and Jokers
Today, around 11:50 AM, while playing Traveltown on my Android phone, I experienced a major issue. I had just used hundreds of energy, diamonds, and two Jokers to complete a French fries order. However, the game suddenly froze, and all of the resources I spent disappeared without completing the task.
Had the order been processed, I would have also finished my daily quests and unlocked a chest worth nearly 500 energy, diamonds, and Jokers. Instead, all my efforts were wasted.
In the past, I’ve had minor losses in the game, which I overlooked. But this time, the loss is too significant. There was no internet disconnection or app update during gameplay, so the error was purely on the game’s side. My Traveltown account is registered under t**@gmail.com**. I’ve never made in-app purchases; everything lost was earned and saved through gameplay.
I request that all the diamonds, energy, and Jokers I used and lost due to this bug be restored to my account. This issue caused unnecessary stress and frustration, and I expect the game team to resolve it quickly.
