– “Driver assigned”

– “No-show”

Contact Transferz Support immediately;
• Use the app/website help or official support email
• Explain:
– Driver never showed up
– You did not use the service
• Provide:
– Booking ID
– Date/time
– Pickup location
– Screenshots of booking & communications
Ask for:
• Full refund
• Trip cancellation confirmation
If Transferz refuses or ignores your request, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution.
