Tracelo Charging Daily After Subscription Cancellation

I cancelled my Tracelo subscription on 1 March, but despite closing the service, the company has continued taking money from my account every day. They are deducting 10 rand daily from my debit account at African Bank without my consent after cancellation, which I find very unfair and unacceptable. I have not yet been able to contact Tracelo customer service or African Bank about these unauthorized deductions, but I am writing this complaint to have the issue resolved as soon as possible. I request a full refund of all the daily 10 rand amounts taken from 1 March until today and an immediate stop to any further charges to my African Bank debit account. I expect Tracelo to urgently investigate this situation, refund all amounts that were taken after I cancelled my subscription, and confirm that my subscription is completely closed so that no more deductions are made from my account.
