2010 Toyota Urban Cruiser 1.4 D4 4WD Clutch Plate Spare Can't Be Found

I have a 2010 Toyota Urban Cruiser 1.4 D4 4WD,  right now, I've been looking for a clutch plate for my car,  haven't been able to use my car for almost 5 months because I can't find an important part. I've been talking to Toyota Turkey, hoping they could help me out, but unfortunately, I haven't had any success yet, haven't been using my Toyota since April, and it's starting to really annoy me. I know that clutch plates have to be replaced regularly. It's confusing why they're having a hard time finding such an important part. The clutch plate's part number is 312500w140, I'm reaching out because I'm hoping to find a solution to this problem.  I would really appreciate it. I would really appreciate your help in figuring out this problem.
