Toy Bear Misfittens Fake Product—No Response

I ordered a Toy Bear Misfittens, and the listing clearly stated it was original. However, the moment I opened the package, I could tell it was a cheap fake. I immediately contacted their WhatsApp support, but they never responded—it’s just an inactive number with no real customer service. The toy is so poorly made that I didn’t even need to open the package to see it was a knockoff. Now, I want to return it and get my money back, but there’s no one to talk to. This is completely unacceptable. Either respond and process my refund, or I will take further action. I need a resolution now!
