

I ordered a Toy Bear product from Misfittens as a surprise gift for my girlfriend, expecting it to look like the one shown in the product image. Instead, what I received looked like a cheap imitation—completely different from what was advertised. It honestly feels like I was scammed. The toy looks nothing like the original version in the photos and lacks any of the quality you'd expect from a legitimate product.
To make matters worse, I paid an extra ₺90 for a custom card option that was supposed to be included with the order. Not only was the card missing, but there was also no explanation or follow-up. I reached out through WhatsApp and live chat multiple times, and I still haven’t received any response.
The lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you're going to sell imitation products and ignore customers who paid extra for services you never delivered, you should at least be transparent about it. I want my money back or a proper resolution. This isn’t how you treat paying customers—especially those trying to do something thoughtful for someone they love.
