Toy Bear Order Not Shipped—No Response from Seller

I purchased a product from Toy Bear, but it has not been shipped, and I have received no updates. I tried reaching out via WhatsApp, but my messages only show a single tick, meaning they are not being delivered.

I also sent an email, hoping for a response, but I still haven’t heard anything. The lack of communication is frustrating and unacceptable. I ordered this as a gift, and now it seems like it won’t arrive on time.

I expect Toy Bear to respond immediately and provide an update on my order. If they continue to ignore customers, how can they be trusted? Has anyone else faced this issue? I need a solution now!
