On 08.05.2026, around 10:00 am, I bought a car vacuum cleaner token from the TotalEnergies Sütçüler Antalya branch. The receipt simply stated “vacuum.” However, when I tried to use the device, it was not working properly and I could not vacuum my car. I informed the employee at the station that the machine had a problem. He told me that he already knew and said, “That’s how much this device works, just bear with it, it’s not like the ones at home anyway.” I then went to the cashier where I had bought the token and asked why they were charging me for a device that does not work. The same employee came back and repeated, “Just bear with it, that’s how much it works.” I was upset by both the fact that the device was faulty and by this dismissive attitude, so I left the station. With this complaint, I request that the faulty car vacuum at the TotalEnergies Sütçüler Antalya branch be repaired or replaced, and that the fee I paid for the unusable vacuum service be refunded. I also expect this situation and the employee’s attitude to be reviewed so that other customers do not experience the same problem.
