Toshiba 55UL2163DT App Store Not Available Error
I am using a Toshiba 55UL2163DT television and I have been experiencing a recurring problem with the app store for a long time. Almost every month for about 10 days the app store does not open at all, and during these periods I receive the message “Sorry, the App Store is currently not avaliable on your device” on the screen. Because this situation is repeated regularly, it seriously restricts my use of the smart TV features and prevents me from benefiting from the applications I need. I contacted Toshiba customer service / authorized service about this issue, but I was told that they had no information and I did not receive any solution-oriented support, and the problem continues. I request that a permanent software update be developed and installed for my Toshiba 55UL2163DT TV so that the app store can be used continuously without interruption and that this recurring problem is definitively resolved.
