ToonMe AI Charges My Card After I Uninstalled the App

I previously downloaded the ToonMe AI Cartoon Photo Editor app to my phone and uninstalled it shortly thereafter. Even though I am not using the app and it is no longer installed, I have only recently noticed that multiple charges were made to my card without my knowledge or consent.

On October 13, 2025; October 19, 2025; November 7, 2025; November 13, 2025; and November 20, 2025, a total of $55 was charged to my card. I did not authorize any subscription start or renewal, and the app was not installed on my phone during these transactions.

I request that these unauthorized charges be investigated, that the total of $55 USD charged to my card be refunded, and that any subscription under my name be canceled immediately.
