My Tommy Hilfiger Sneakers' Stitches Unpicked Quickly
I recently purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger sneakers from Boyner, and to my dismay, the lace stitching area is unraveling. Despite only wearing the shoes in the office and using them sparingly, the stitching in the specified region has come apart. In search of a solution, I sent the product to the Boyner store at Gebze Center for inspection, intending to exchange or return it. However, I was told that the problem was caused by outside factors, which left me extremely disappointed.
Receiving such feedback is disheartening even after only 10-15 times wearing the shoes in the office environment. This experience has made me think twice about purchasing items from Boyner or Tommy Hilfiger stores in the future. The post-purchase support and attention were clearly insufficient.
