If your Toluna points disappeared after logging out, first log back in and check your Rewards & Points history. Sometimes points take time to reappear if they were recently credited or still processing.
However, Toluna only keeps your points with an active account, so if your account was suspended or closed due to a suspected rules violation, unusual activity, or quality checks, those points can be forfeited under their Terms of Service.
