Toluna Won’t Let Me Update My Email—Losing My Rewards




I have been a long-time member of Toluna, but now I can’t redeem my rewards because I no longer have access to my old email. Even though I can still log into the app, I am unable to update my email address, which means I’m completely locked out of claiming my points.
I have reached out to Toluna’s support team multiple times, but they keep saying they don’t have the authority to fix the issue. This is extremely frustrating—why should users be stuck with an outdated email, unable to access what they’ve earned? Toluna, fix this now and allow users to update their email addresses! I refuse to lose my rewards because of your flawed system. Has anyone else had this problem?
