Toluna Account Access Problem Not Resolved by Customer Support
I have been unable to access my Toluna account for the last two days. The account is registered in India, and despite entering my correct details, I am completely unable to log in and cannot use my account in any way. I contacted Toluna customer support about this problem, and they directed me to raise the issue through their website. However, even after following this instruction, my access problem has not been resolved, and I still cannot log in to my existing account. I request that my access to the same Toluna account be restored as soon as possible so that I can continue using the platform without losing my existing account and activity.
