TokenPocket Memeswap Removes 120 USDT Without Authorization

I am writing regarding a serious loss I experienced in my Memeswap mining wallet connected through the TokenPocket app. I used the AI-powered USDT mining tool provided under Meme Swap and continued mining for a period of time. During the mining period, I accumulated a total balance of 120 USDT in my wallet.

After the mining period ended on August 8, 2026, I was suddenly unable to access the liquidity grid section that I had previously been able to use without any problems. I also noticed that, instead of being able to perform the same type of mining as before, two different mining options were now available in the liquidity section. At the same time, the 120 USDT balance I had accumulated in my mining wallet was instantly reduced to zero. I can no longer see the 120 USDT I had previously accumulated in my Memeswap mining wallet, and there is no guidance or explanation regarding what I am supposed to do.

As shown in the screenshot I submitted, my daily USDT earnings were previously listed under the Meme Liquidity transactions. However, a subsequent withdrawal transaction for 120 USDT appears in the transaction history. I did not authorize or approve this 120 USDT transaction, and I received no notification or explanation from the application regarding why or how this withdrawal occurred.

I was unable to report this loss to anyone because I could not find any support service, contact form, email address, or live customer support channel either within the TokenPocket or Memeswap application or on their websites. Although the mining process itself remains visible in my transaction history, I was given no explanation, warning, or notification regarding why the 120 USDT balance generated from my mining activity was reduced to zero.

I request that TokenPocket and Memeswap thoroughly investigate these transactions and explain why the 120 USDT I accumulated in my mining wallet was removed and what the 120 USDT withdrawal shown in my transaction history was based on. I also request that the 120 USDT balance that disappeared without my authorization be restored to my account. In addition, I expect TokenPocket and Memeswap to provide a clear and accessible customer support and communication channel for users who experience issues of this nature.
