Tod TV Promises a Refund, Then Reverses It With No Explanation
I want to share the refund issue I've experienced regarding my TodTV membership. About 5 months before my membership was set to end, I was presented with an offer, and based on this offer, I renewed my package through the website. However, as a result, I ended up effectively paying twice for those remaining 5 months.
When I noticed this and spoke with TodTV about it, I was specifically told that a refund would be issued for the unused months. Trusting this information, I confirmed the transaction. But afterward, I was sent an SMS informing me that there had been no error and that no refund would be issued. Having been told in the first conversation that a refund would be given, only to later receive a contradictory, negative response, has left me quite wronged, both financially and in terms of trust. In addition, despite explaining the situation in detail and sending two emails to d*****@todtv.com.tr, no solution was produced.
My membership number with TodTV is 18044549. I am requesting that the fees for the months I never used and ended up paying for twice be refunded, as I was told in the first conversation. I kindly ask that the relevant records and conversations be reviewed and that my situation be resolved.
