Tod TV Charges My Card a Month After I Already Cancelled
Even though I cancelled my Tod Spor Extra subscription in May, a charge of $8 was taken from my bank card on June 29, 2026, without my permission or approval. According to my bank transaction records, this charge was made through "apple.com," with a related transaction/order number of MSSWY6B7GF.
I no longer use or watch Tod TV. I don't accept being charged again for a membership I've already cancelled. I am requesting that the $8 charged be refunded to my card/account as soon as possible, and that I be clearly informed that my subscription has been fully terminated.
I kindly request that this unjust charge be reviewed, that I be given an explanation as to why my cancellation wasn't taken into account, and that the necessary checks be carried out to ensure a similar situation doesn't happen again.
