HBO Max Subscription Is Inactive Despite Repeated Monthly Payments
I purchased an HBO Max TV Plus subscription on my iPhone 11 using my credit card with a monthly payment plan of approximately $3 for a limited subscription period. However, my account has been charged multiple times without my approval, even though my subscription account is not active.
Most recently, approximately $3 was charged from my card on February 8, another approximately $3 on February 10, and then again on April 8 and April 10 for approximately $3 each time. Despite these repeated charges, my account is still inactive and I cannot benefit from the service I paid for. I also have the related invoice and order information for these transactions.
My request to HBO Max is that all excessive and/or unfair charges withdrawn from my account be refunded and that my subscription account be reactivated properly until June 8, as it should have been. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken urgently to resolve this issue.
