Netflix Charged My Credit Card After Account Cancellation

On March 24, 2026, I started a Netflix subscription directly through the Netflix website and paid $6. Before the next renewal date, I canceled my subscription through the app. My cancellation appeared to be successful because no charge was made to my credit card in May.

Despite this, on June 20, Netflix charged my credit card $8 for another subscription. During that period, I did not even log into my Netflix account. I was charged for a membership that I had already canceled, and the amount billed was even higher than what I originally paid.

I request a full refund of the unauthorized $8 charge to my credit card. I also ask Netflix to ensure that no additional charges are made for this canceled subscription and to review my account and payment settings so this issue does not happen again. I was unable to find a clear resolution process or an easily accessible customer service phone number on the Netflix website, leaving me unable to resolve the issue on my own. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.
