I visited the Tmall store inside Antalya Erasta Mall specifically for their advertised “Buy 1, Get 2nd at 50% Off” offer on cookware. I chose two pots, both clearly labeled with price tags—one of them marked at 839.90₺. However, when I proceeded to pay, I was shocked to hear that the price had supposedly changed and that they had “forgotten” to update the tags.

They asked me to pay 1,041₺ for the pot instead of the tagged price. When I politely objected, the staff gave me a dismissive response saying, “We couldn’t change the tags in time due to other customers—take it or leave it.”

Not only was the tone unprofessional, but the attitude was completely indifferent. I was denied the price I saw and was made to feel like I had no choice. According to Turkish Consumer Rights, I should have been able to purchase the product at the labeled price. I didn’t push it at the time out of respect, but I was clearly wronged. I request a formal apology, disciplinary action for the staff involved, and compensation for this mistreatment.
