I recently applied for a UK visa and paid the application fee. Following this, I was directed to the TLS Contact site to schedule an appointment and choose additional services. However, I couldn’t find a single available regular appointment without additional services for up to a month later. I’ve already paid for the UK visa, and I don’t need any extra services because I’m familiar with the process and have done it many times before. Why am I being forced to pay for Prime Time or assisted services? This feels like an unnecessary requirement. The UK is known for being meticulous about these matters, and I wonder if they are aware of this practice.
Additionally, when I searched for the TLS Contact customer support number on Google, I found ***0 621 12 12, but upon calling, I was informed that they only provide support for Switzerland and then the call ends. I urgently need the correct contact number for UK visa support through TLS Contact. I need assistance resolving this situation without being compelled to pay for unnecessary services.
