I'm a dedicated Tinder Platinum subscriber, but I'm encountering a significant problem that's undermining the value of my paid perks! Upon reinstalling the app, I was disappointed to find out that my ability to undo a left swipe, also known as rewind rights, had been reset. The app informed me that I had already used up all my rewinds for the month.

I'm feeling really frustrated right now! I expect that reinstalling the app should not result in the loss of my unused rewind rights, considering that I am a paying customer of a premium service with exclusive benefits. It seems like I'm paying for functions that I can't fully take advantage of.
