My Tinder Gold Account Suspended After One Day

I downloaded the Tinder app on October 19, 2024, and was only able to use it for one day before my account was suddenly suspended by the app. I completed the verification process, yet I still cannot send messages. Initially, I had Tinder Gold, and thinking this might resolve the issue, I upgraded to Tinder Platinum. However, the problem persisted, and my account remains unusable. This situation has left me extremely frustrated, as I paid for both memberships, which I cannot utilize. I want to close my account and receive a refund for the subscriptions I purchased, as the app has been completely useless to me. I request that Tinder support resolve this issue promptly.
