Unable to Complete Identity Verification on Timo Chat Mobile App

Today, I attempted the identity verification process on the Timo Chat mobile app for the first time. However, even though I entered all my information correctly, the system keeps displaying a “wrong ID” error, and I’m unable to complete the verification. I haven’t tried a different device or browser, and I also haven’t contacted customer service yet. I haven’t made any payments at this stage.
I request that the identity verification process be completed successfully and that my account be activated without further issues.
