Umingle Banned Me For No Reason

I am an active Umingle user and on 7 June my account was suddenly banned from using the chat feature with the allegation that I was doing gender searching, even though I was not engaging in any kind of gender-based searching or filtering at that time. This restriction was applied without any prior warning, notification, or clear explanation, and I only realized there was a ban when I could no longer use the chat. To this day I have not received any in‑app warning, pop‑up, email, or detailed justification explaining how this conclusion was reached or which specific behaviour allegedly violated the rules. As a result, I do not know on what concrete basis this decision was made, and I am currently still unable to use the main chat feature of the platform despite my belief that I have followed Umingle’s rules. I kindly request that my account and the ban decision be reviewed in detail, that the evidence or reason for this accusation be clearly explained to me if there has been any misunderstanding, and that my chat ban be lifted as soon as possible so that I can continue using Umingle under the community guidelines.
