I Paid for Timo Club VIP but It Was Not Activated

I purchased a 1-week VIP membership on the Timo Club Android app, but despite the time that has passed since the payment, my VIP account has still not been activated. I made the payment on April 1 via bank transfer (EFT) in the amount of $3, yet no update or activation has been reflected in the app.
To avoid any misunderstanding, I waited for a while, but not only has my VIP period not started, I also did not receive any notification or information regarding the status of my purchase. Paying for a service and not receiving it has caused me inconvenience.
I request that the 1-week VIP membership I paid for be immediately activated on my account and that the full duration of the service be granted without any loss of time.
