I Demand Refund for Unprocessed Timo Club Withdrawal

On March 27 and March 30, I made two withdrawal requests through Timo Club to my IBAN account, totaling $5. However, despite the time that has passed, the amount has still not been reflected in my account. There is no record of the transaction in my balance or bank account.
I contacted Timo Club support regarding this issue, but they did not provide any assistance. I did not receive a clear explanation or any solution to resolve the problem.
I request that the $5 I withdrew be transferred to my IBAN account in full. Alternatively, if this is not possible, I demand that the same amount be refunded to my Timo Club account as in-app currency (diamonds). I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
