I Face Missing Coins After Payment on Timo Club

On March 26, 2026, I purchased coins via bank transfer through İş Bankası in the total amount of $136. Although the payment was successfully deducted from my bank account, no coins have been credited to my Timo Club account. My account ID is 16971u8625645.

Despite having the bank transaction receipt as proof, this issue has been ongoing for two days, and the purchased coins still do not appear in my account. I contacted Timo Club support regarding this problem, but I received a response stating that they could not assist me, and no resolution was provided.

I request that the transaction be reviewed immediately and that the coins I paid for be fully credited to my Timo Club account without any further delay.
