I Accidentally Spent €450 on Bigo App and Need a Full Refund



I am writing regarding several mistaken in-app purchases I recently made on the Bigo app using my OnePlus device. A short time ago, I accidentally completed four separate payments through my Crelan bank card in Belgium: two payments of €100, one payment of €200, and one payment of €50, for a total of €450.
These purchases were made unintentionally, and I did not mean to spend this amount within the app. I have not used any of the purchased items or balance. I also have not yet contacted in-app support because I am concerned that my request may not be properly addressed. However, this is a significant amount of money for me, and the charge does not reflect my actual intention.
I kindly request a full refund of the €450 that was mistakenly charged to my Crelan bank card and the reversal of these transactions on my Bigo account. I would appreciate it if you could review these recent payments and process the refund as soon as possible, or clearly inform me of the necessary steps to resolve this issue.
