Timeleft App Ignores Refund Requests After Cancellation
I signed up for the Timeleft app, which is designed to bring five people together for a dinner meetup, after seeing it through an advertisement. During registration, I entered my card details. However, before using the app at all, I requested that my membership be canceled and that the amount charged to my card be refunded.
Despite sending multiple emails regarding the refund, I have not received any response. They are not replying to my emails and have not processed my refund. This lack of communication and refusal to issue a refund has caused me significant frustration.
