Timeleft Failed to Refund After Canceled Reservation

I made a reservation in Istanbul through the Timeleft mobile app, and I canceled it on July 20, fully in line with the cancellation period stated in the app. The app clearly indicated that my $10 payment would be refunded within 3–7 days. However, 19 days have passed, and no refund has been issued.
Regarding the refund, I have contacted the Help Center section within the app multiple times, but I have not received any response at all. Communication is only possible through the app, and there is no alternative customer support channel available.
Even though the payment was made by credit card, I am still experiencing hardship because the refund has not been processed. I request that my money be refunded as soon as possible. After the refund is completed, I will close my account myself through the app.
