Timeleft Failed Meetup and Double Charge With No Support
I tried to create a one-time trial appointment through the Timeleft app. Not only was my card charged twice, but no one showed up at the table I was assigned to. I ended up sitting alone in a restaurant for an entire hour, just looking at my phone.
I have not received any response from the company regarding this situation. The app only allows users to submit a form, and there is no customer service phone line or direct support option. I have sent dozens of emails, but I have received no reply at all. They haven’t even refunded the second charge that was taken from my card.
