Timeleft App Charged My Card Twice but Didn’t Create Appointment

I tried to create a one-time trial appointment through the Timeleft app. However, the appointment was not created, and despite this, my card was charged twice.
I have not received any response from the company regarding this issue. The app only allows users to submit a form, and there is no customer support line or direct contact option available. This lack of support and the double charge have left me unable to resolve the problem.
