I am a user of the TimeBucks platform with the user ID 227358039 and I currently have a balance of $4.519 in my account. Despite this, I am unable to withdraw my earnings because my video selfie verification keeps failing and the system does not approve my identity verification. I contacted TimeBucks support about this situation, however I was informed via chat that the verification decision cannot be reviewed and that my case would not be escalated for further evaluation. This leaves me unable to access the balance that I have legitimately earned on the platform. I request that my account and verification process be re-evaluated by the relevant verification team, and that I be informed clearly of the reason for the repeated failure. If possible, I would like to be offered an alternative verification method so that I can complete identity verification and withdraw my balance. If this is not possible, I request a clear explanation of how I can recover or withdraw my remaining balance of $4.519. I expect a transparent explanation and a fair resolution that will allow me to access the funds I have earned.
