My ID verification not approuved , my face not accepted by timebucks , always failed even my selfies is clair, now i can not re-verify my ID ,support not respond about my complaint,please help me to resolve this problem,but i can not withdraw my found

My Timebucks account was incorrectly closed today, September 4, 2026. When I try to log into my account I see a warning that says "Your account is disabled for the following reason: Signed up with a vn". However, I definitely did not use a VPN or proxy; I registered and logged in to the platform using a completely normal connection. Therefore I believe my account was mistakenly closed due to a system error.
When my account was closed, I had a confirmed task balance of $6 and pending earnings of $11. Being unable to receive payment for the tasks I completed with effort, and having my account disabled on the grounds of "you registered with a VPN" despite not violating any rule, has caused me hardship.
I request Timebucks to review my account, remove this unjust "registered with a VPN" decision, reactivate my account, and preserve my total earnings. I did not violate any rule, I did not use a VPN, and I expect this mistake to be corrected promptly.
