TimeBucks Password Error Blocking Withdrawal And Account Access
I have an account with Timebucks, which I access through their website using the email address williambra***@gmail.com. I signed in via Google and recently tried to change my password so that I could withdraw my earnings of $3.613. During the password change process, I carefully entered my current password (the same one I use to log in) and then entered and confirmed a new password. However, the system keeps showing the error message “your current password is incorrect,” even though I am sure I typed my correct initial password. Because Timebucks requires a successful password change before I can withdraw, this error is blocking me from accessing my money. This is my first withdrawal attempt on Timebucks, and I have not made any payments or purchases on the platform. I also submitted a withdrawal request for the above amount on Monday, but I have not received any withdrawal email, and I suspect this may be related to the password change issue. I tried to reach Timebucks customer support, but I only encountered an automated AI assistant and could not find any option or place to properly submit my complaint to a human agent. At this point I am unable to change my password, and my withdrawal is not being processed. I kindly request that Timebucks urgently fix this issue with my account, accept my password reset so that the change can be completed successfully, and ensure that my withdrawal of $3.613 is processed without further delay.
