Timberland Won’t Accept Return for Painful Shoes
On September 15, 2025, I purchased a pair of Timberland Men’s Classic Light Brown Leather Boat Shoes from the company’s official website. My return request was rejected because the shoes had been worn, even though they hurt my feet. Am I supposed to keep wearing shoes that cause pain? They are saying the product cannot be returned because it was worn. How is anyone supposed to know whether shoes will hurt their feet without trying them on?
