Timberland Rejects Exchange Claim for Prematurely Melted Soles

I purchased a pair of Timberland shoes from Özdilek, and after using them for about 5 months, I experienced a severe melting issue on the soles. I find such rapid deformation on the sole unacceptable in terms of product quality within such a short timeframe.

Following the problem I experienced, I requested a return or exchange, and the product was taken for inspection; however, I received feedback stating that the issue was caused by external factors and therefore could not be covered under warranty. Despite using the shoes under daily, normal usage conditions, framing the issue as user error caused me significant hardship.

My expectation from a brand like Timberland is to accept a return or offer a replacement for a shoe whose sole melts in such a short time. I demand that the product be re-evaluated and that my grievance be resolved.
