Timberland Sneaker Soles Detach Under Warranty; Beymen Ignores Claim

While continuing to use my Timberland sneakers in June 2025, less than a year after purchasing them, the sole began to detach. Within a short period, this detachment widened, negatively affecting both the appearance and usability of the shoes.

I purchased the product from the Beymen store in Viaport, Istanbul, and it was explicitly stated at the time of purchase that the shoes came with a 2-year warranty. I still have my receipt. For this reason, I dropped off the product at Beymen, but I feel that insufficient attention was paid to the process and no satisfying solution was produced for my issue.

My expectation is for Timberland to stand behind this product by either replacing the shoes with a new pair or, if possible, issuing a refund. I demand that the company honor its product, which split at the sole so quickly despite a promised 2-year warranty, and resolve the hardship I have experienced.
