Timberland 6-Inch Premium Boots Laces Fray and Shred Within Four Months of Use

In the summer of 2025, I purchased Men's Timberland Premium 6-Inch Waterproof brown boots from the Timberland store in İzmir Forum Bornova. I wore these boots for only about 4 months this winter, and the laces fell apart in a terrible manner. About 1 month after I started wearing them, in December, I noticed that the laces were unraveling rapidly.
For boots I paid such a high price for, having the laces end up in this state in such a short period reflects poorly on both quality and brand reputation. I believe this situation should be evaluated as a manufacturing defect and covered under defective goods. I expect the Timberland brand to stand behind the product it sold and correct this defect immediately.
My demand from Timberland is a free replacement of my boot laces and the resolution of the hardship I experienced.
