Vodafone Line Hit With Unauthorized TikTok Mobile Payments
without my knowledge or consent, via multiple individual transactions. The transactions appear to have been made through TikTok, and the mobile payments were then processed by accessing my operator account.
I did not make these transactions, I did not give any approval, and my phone line was clearly used without authorization to make charges on my account. I have not yet contacted Vodafone customer service, but I believe these transactions were clearly unauthorized.
I am requesting that Vodafone investigate these unauthorized mobile payment transactions, refund the full amount of $90, and secure my line by taking the necessary precautions to ensure that this type of incident does not happen again.
