TikTok Password Reset Fail - Can't Access Account After Old Phone Broke

My TikTok account (@b**) has been stuck on another phone since February 19, 2024, and that phone is now broken. I can’t access my account because I forgot my password and login details. I still remember the phone number and email address linked to my account, but I can’t log in or reset my password. I would like to reset my password and update my account with a new phone number and email address. I am requesting the necessary support to regain access to my account.
