Locked Out of My TikTok Account for Months

I used my TikTok account a lot over the past four years, but I can't get to it now because I changed my phone number and forgot to write down my password. I've tried to get in touch with customer service, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's been months, and even though I've tried my best, my account is still locked. Every day, this makes me feel more anxious and stressed out. I don't know what else to do, and I feel like I'll be held hostage in this hard situation for as long as it takes me to get back into my account. I need help figuring out how to solve this problem. Can someone help me?
