TikTok Account Recovery Request After Losing Access to My Phone Number

I have a problem accessing my old TikTok account with the username “jenny80507”. I originally created this account while I was working in Egypt, using the Egyptian phone number +20 111 568 21**. I am now living in Uganda and I still have this number registered, but SMS messages for verification do not arrive, so I cannot log in to my account. When I try to log in from my Android phone, TikTok keeps redirecting me to verification via this old Egypt number, and after several attempts I now get a “Maximum number of attempts reached. Try again later.” error on the login screen. Because of this, I have not been able to access my account since 2024. I contacted TikTok support about this issue and they asked me to send screenshots from the previous Android phone that I used for this account, but that phone was lost in the same country and I no longer have it, so I cannot provide those screenshots. I kindly request your help to give me access again to my old account “jenny80507”. I would like you either to change the verification method, allow verification through another phone number or email, or provide another secure way so that I can recover and log in to my account.
