TikTok Account Recovery Problem After Losing SIM and Samsung Phone

I am writing about an old Samsung touchscreen phone that I used around 2020–2021. Unfortunately, my mother threw the phone away along with the SIM card, and because of that I lost access to the device, the SIM, and the TikTok account that was logged in on that phone.

The TikTok account I am trying to recover has the username @jushelrica11, which is also my nickname. It may be linked to the email address juschelistineri***@gmail.com.

I no longer remember the exact Samsung phone model, nor do I remember the login password or the exact email credentials I used on the device at that time. I also cannot recall the exact date when I last accessed the account, but it has been approximately 5–6 years since I lost access.

I am currently living in the Philippines and have not yet contacted TikTok support or Samsung customer service regarding this problem.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering or regaining access to my TikTok account using the information I still remember. Alternatively, I would like clear guidance on what steps I should follow with TikTok to prove that the account belongs to me.
