IQSCORE.ME Hidden Subscription Led to Unexpected Weekly Charges

I played an IQ test through Facebook that redirected me to IQSCORE.ME, where I was told I could receive my IQ test report for a charge of 1.00. I completed the test and provided my email address, but I have never received any report at all. Only today, after checking my Visa card statement, I realised that I was charged multiple times by IQSCORE.ME. I see a 1.00 charge and three separate charges of 14.99 on 21 May, 27 May, 1 June and 8 June. I was not clearly informed that I would be entered into a recurring subscription for 14.99 per week, and I did not knowingly agree to these repeated payments. At this point, I still have not received the IQ test report that I initially paid for, and I only intended to pay the original 1.00 fee that was shown to me. I kindly request that my subscription be cancelled immediately so that no further weekly charges of 14.99 are taken, and that you provide me with the IQ test report that I completed as originally promised. I also ask you to review these charges and clarify why they were made without any report being delivered, and to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
