Dyson V12 Detect Slim Keeps Showing Clean Filter Warning


I purchased a Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute cordless vacuum cleaner from the Teknosa store at Gebze Center in Kocaeli on June 1, 2025. Although the product is still under warranty, it has been repeatedly displaying "Airway Blocked" and "Clean Filter" warnings for the past six months. Even though I regularly clean the filter and maintain the vacuum exactly as instructed, these warnings never go away, and I am unable to use the vacuum efficiently.
When I contacted Dyson customer support about the issue, I received remote video assistance. During the session, the representative turned on the vacuum without actually using it for cleaning and concluded that there was no problem. However, during normal household use, the same warnings continue to appear. Despite what seems to be a genuine defect, no effective solution was offered.
I was also disappointed with the customer service experience. Although the representative was polite, no meaningful action was taken to resolve the problem, which has seriously reduced my confidence in the Dyson brand. To make matters worse, I was informed that I might have to pay additional service fees even though the vacuum is still covered by its warranty.
I request that this ongoing warranty issue be formally documented and that my vacuum be repaired at no cost to me, as required under the warranty. If the defect cannot be repaired, I request that the faulty unit be replaced with a new one. Because of the way this issue has been handled, I can no longer recommend Dyson to friends or family, and I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
