TikTok Account Recovery Issue Keeps Me Locked Out of My Business Account

I have been using my TikTok business account with the username “Tays fastfood bazaar” for about a year, and I recently lost access to it after my phone was damaged on 4 June 2026. I no longer remember the password, and I also do not have access to the email address that was linked to the account, so I cannot complete the usual login or recovery steps. This account is very important to me because it is my business account, and I urgently need access to continue running my business. Yesterday I filled out a TikTok support form for account recovery, but so far I have not received any response or solution and I am still locked out. I kindly request TikTok to help me recover access to my “Tays fastfood bazaar” account by verifying my identity through alternative methods and updating the login details so that I can log in again and continue my business activities without further disruption.
